Below is a stretch routine that you can incorporate into your daily/nightly routine to help with speed development. Each stretch is designed to be performed for 30 seconds and for 2 sets. Also if the stretch requires the use of only 1 leg, you need to do 2 sets of 30 seconds on each side. I hope this helps!
