When you don’t have a weight room, you still need to work. I think a lot of people use that as an excuse to not get better or to not exercise. Everyone who is unmotivated is looking for reasons to not do something. Just do it. Don’t think about it, if you need to get in better shape and you desperately want that for yourself, you will make it happen. Too many people look for approval and try to make up some reason why they can’t do something. If you gotta workout, WORKOUT. If you “don’t have time”, make time. If you “don’t have access to weights” get 10 ft of space and you can work.
