WR CATCHING WORKOUT- NO QB IS NEEDED

A common question we get asked is, “coach I need to get better hands but I don’t have a QB to throw to me”. So we wanted to make a workout that WRs can do to improve their hands without a QB. The key areas to improve are hand eye coordination and grip strength and this can easily help with that!

Also, if you play WR and would like a 2 month daily workout schedule to follow, checkout the link below! You can get access to daily on field workouts for WRs (Route running, releases etc.) and daily gym workouts specifically for WRs. We show examples of each drill and give you the exact sets & reps to do for 2 full months. Check it out here ⬇️⬇️⬇️
