WR Catching Workout NO QB NEEDED

This is a catching workout for WRs that does not require a QB. I hope you enjoy!


Tennis ball over head catches (200 reps each hand)

  • Stand with your back against a wall and bounce a tennis ball over your head and track it back over the shoulder down to your hand. This helps you work on over the shoulder catches.

SPLIT 2 Finger Tip Push Up Plank 1 minute-2 minutes (3 sets) (Hold a finger tip push up plank in the up position) - This helps you build grip strength which directly translates to catching SPLIT3 Farmers Carry (Hold two heavy objects, preferable dumbbells but it can be anything and just walk with them.
