WR Free Hand Eye Coordination Routine

Eyes Closed Facing A Wall Bounces

(Stand with your eyes closed facing a wall, throw a tennis ball off the wall and as soon as you hear it bounce, open your eyes and find it)

50 reps on each hand

Eyes Forward Back To A Wall Bounces

(Stand with your back to a wall have your eyes forward, toss a tennis ball over your head off the wall and when you hear it bounce, look up and find the ball. This simulates over the shoulder catches)

50 reps on each hand
