Below is a knee warm up routine that you can do as a WR to prevent injuries on cuts and certain breaks that are required to play the position. I hope this helps!

Also in order to prevent knee injuries you cannot just “warm up properly”. Yes a good warm up routine can help you make the cuts, but in order to make EXPLOSIVE cuts you need to have strong legs, STABLE knees & also stable ankles. If you guys would like specific gym workouts you can do as a WR to improve your cutting ability and overall stability in your lower body checkout the link below! This is an 8 week workout schedule with daily workouts to help WRs improve on field performance. WRs cannot cut running at a high speed without ankle stability and knee stability. This will help with that ⬇️⬇️
