Best Catching Warm Up Routine

This is a pre game warm up or pre practice warm up you can do for your hands. We will give you alternative methods if you don’t have a QB to throw to you.

20 Catches Standing Straight

20 Catches Turned To The Right

20 Catches Turned To The Left

10 Catches over each shoulder

If you do not have a QB to throw to you, do this routine but bounce tennis balls off of a wall. For the over the shoulder catches, stand with your back against a wall and bounce the ball over your head off the wall. Then proceed to catch it on the way back down. 10 each hand.

30 Kneeling Finger Tip Push Ups
