Some of the best pocket passers in the NFL/past to study are the following, Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Matt Ryan, Peyton Manning and Tony Romo. These guys in my opinion are the best to study because they are able to buy time in the pocket, maintain a strong base, make the hard throws look easy and they are always consistent. They know how to play the QB position. Now you need to know what to look for in these guys. And the main thing they all have in common is great mechanics. They have a great front arm/shoulder, they have a great base off platform, they have great hip drive and leg drive and much more things in common.
