MAX LIFTS BASED ON POSITION

Today we will be discussing what your max lifts should be based on your position. This is primarily for high school aged players. If you are not in high school yet, these are the numbers you should shoot for before your Junior/Senior year. Also we will be focusing on 3 main lifts. Squats, power cleans and bench press. I hope this can help!

QBs- Squat: 300lbs+


Clean: 225lbs+


Bench: N/A- QBs should never bench press




WRs/DBs- Squat: 275lbs+


Clean: 250lbs+


Bench: 225lbs+




RBs/LBs/Safeties- Squat: 325lbs+


Clean: 265lbs+


Bench: 250lbs+




O-Line/D-Line- Squat: 365lbs+


Clean: 250lbs+
